Phenom II Tweaker is a utility for modifying the reported CPUID, instruction set's and CPU name, moreover some settings that is useful for optimizing and testing purposes. Faking CPUID (mimic Intel) version 1.1 Now the pstate setting reports the CPU speed of the given pstate in MHz . If you changed the HT reference clock other than the default 200 MHz, then change the HTRefClock value in phenomtwkr.ini.
